In this episode we’re joined by Nikki Hedstrom, the author of A Thought Is A Thought which teaches kids how to identify emotions and what to do about them.

Nikki has been working in the advertising industry for the past 15 years and has leveraged her skills to help create a discussion around thoughts and emotions and to create activities that help households reduce anxiety.

Her methodology and concepts stem from the work of Eckhart Tolle, Brene Brown, Don Miguel Ruiz, Maya Angelou and many others whose mission/work is to reduce human suffering caused by our thoughts.
